Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and services.
- Assist clients in the application process and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the agency team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-lasting client relations.
Qualifications
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Insurance licensing is a plus, but we will consider unlicensed applicants.
