Signing Bonus DetailsQualified candidates will receive a $2,000 signing bonus
  • $1,000 after 30 days of employment

An active Property & Casualty License and 1 year of insurance service experience are required to qualify.
Role Overview
  • Build relationships with policyholders
  • Handle policy changes, billing, claims guidance
  • Conduct coverage reviews and recommend solutions
  • Cross-sell additional products as appropriate
  • Support agency growth through excellent service
This is a service-first role with cross-selling opportunities, rewarding strong client interactions without aggressive quotas.
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty License (Required at time of application)
  • 1+ year insurance service or CSR experience preferred
  • Understanding of policyholder needs in an agent-led environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Life & Health License a plus but not required
