RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize retention and drive growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of insurance products to confidently recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Ability to work across product lines and assist customers with their life, health, and financial needs.
  • Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS – MUST HAVES
  • Current Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.
  • Current or recent experience with a State Farm agency.
  • Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of and strict adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive agency growth through strategic sales and customer engagement.
  • A relentless desire to achieve and excel in a competitive sales environment.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
